PRODUCT TRACKING SYSTEM UTS RECEIVING NOTIFICATION

An institution/company/hospital submits a Receiving Notification to accept unique products dispatched to them. If a Receiving Notification is made by mistake, the institution/company/hospital must issue a Dispatch Notification to the sender to correct the transaction. In other words, a Receiving Notification cannot be cancelled. When making a Receiving Notification, it is possible to receive fewer items than the quantity in the Dispatch Notification. Before making a Receiving Notification, products dispatched to you can be listed either by institution or in bulk. Products for which a Receiving Notification has been made will appear registered under your name in the Product Tracking System records until a Dispatch Notification is issued to another institution or organization.

With the DataStil Software Product Tracking System, you can quickly process your Receiving Notifications. You can list products to be received with a single click and submit Receiving Notifications in bulk or individually. Products for which you submit a Receiving Notification will be recorded in your desired warehouse along with lot or serial numbers for the received quantity. You can view products received within a date range by company or by product, and generate detailed reports.
