The DataStil DTS sample notification module is a module generally used at the headquarters of manufacturer companies for the purpose of making production notifications of manufactured products as samples or converting commercially produced products into samples. This module is used to report individually or batch-produced products as promotional samples.

The system can work independently as well as integrate with production lines or ERP systems used by companies. Tracking of products with sample notifications can be monitored in sample warehouses. Additionally, the assignment of produced sample products to representatives for consumption operations can be done on the same module. This way, it can be tracked through the central system which representative has how many samples of which product.

Thanks to the DataStil DTS sample notification module, representative definitions, doctor definitions, and sample notifications made to doctors can be quickly tracked through the module running on the central system.

2. DataStil DTS Sample Representative Consumption Module

The DataStil DTS sample representative consumption module works on mobile devices (Android and iOS). Field representatives of manufacturer companies can accept sample products assigned to them and quickly make consumption notifications by scanning the products they leave as samples during doctor visits using the mobile device camera.

Products with consumption notifications also appear in the DataStil Drug Tracking System sample notification module running at the manufacturer headquarters. This way, information about which representative gave how many sample products of which product to which doctor can also be tracked. Representatives can transfer sample products they hold to another representative or return sample products to the headquarters.

Representatives can only make sample consumption notifications for products assigned to them. All these features can work integrated with the company's ERP Automation systems as well as independently.
