PRODUCT TRACKING SYSTEM UTS INVENTORY NOTIFICATION

Healthcare Service Providers submit an Inventory Notification to register their medical devices in the UTS. Inventory Notifications must be made for devices subject to calibration. During the UTS Inventory Notification, entering the product number and serial number is mandatory. Inventory Notifications cannot be made with lot numbers. Healthcare service providers, namely hospitals, dialysis centers, and similar institutions and organizations, are required to submit Inventory Notifications for devices under serial tracking that are subject to maintenance and calibration. In short, healthcare service providers submit an Inventory Notification for products they wish to add to their inventory.
