PRODUCT TRACKING SYSTEM UTS STOCK NOTIFICATION

An institution/company submits a Stock Notification to report a unique product in its stock to the UTS. When TITCK makes a tracking decision regarding a unique product, the related product may already exist in the current stock of institutions/companies. Institutions/companies can submit Stock Notifications to register these unique products in the UTS. If a unique product was manufactured/imported after the date of TITCK's tracking decision, then a Production/Import Notification must be made by the manufacturer/importer. Stock Notifications can be made by all institutions/companies except healthcare service providers. In short, institutions other than healthcare service providers submit a Stock Notification for products they wish to register in stock.
