PRODUCT TRACKING SYSTEM UTS DISPATCH NOTIFICATION

When an institution/company/hospital dispatches its unique products to another institution/company/hospital, it submits a Dispatch Notification. During the Dispatch Notification, a document number is required from the institution/company/hospital. This document number can be an invoice/waybill number or any other document related to the dispatch transaction. The Dispatch Notification can also be used for consignment operations. When an institution/company sends a unique product on consignment to another institution/company/hospital, it submits a Dispatch Notification. The institution/company/hospital receiving the consignment products can return unused unique products via a Dispatch Notification. If a Dispatch Notification was made by mistake, it can be cancelled with a Dispatch Cancellation Notification.

With the DataStil Software Product Tracking System, you can quickly process your Dispatch Notifications. The institution or organization for the Dispatch Notification is selected from the registered customer list, a document number is entered, and the products to be dispatched are selected along with their lot and serial numbers. After the Dispatch Notification is submitted, the serial and lot numbers of the related products are deducted from the warehouse. Dispatch Notifications can also be made through tender records. Products dispatched based on a selected tender can be reported and open tender quantities can be tracked. Products with Dispatch Notifications can be reported between any two date ranges upon request.
